Jesse Register: MNPS Employees Are "Entitled"

Millionaire Schools Director Bashes Low-Wage Support Staff

After getting blasted by a Metro Council resolution and then later by hundreds of workers, parents, and clergy at the Valentine's Day Rally at the school board meeting, Jesse Register appeared on NewsChannel 5's live call-in show "OpenLine" to express his views about unions and his decision to overturn the district's Labor Negotiations Policy.

What Register didn't expect was that when the station was supposed to go to a commercial, the microphones were still on and his candid comments were being broadcast over the airwaves!

Watch the video to find out what Register said about MNPS support employees when he thought no one was listening. You may be shocked. (You will need software that can handle a .mov file to watch this video)

After you watch the video, contact your School Board member and (respectfully) let them know what you think about Dr. Register's changes to the Employee Handbook and to the union agreements that have served employees for over a decade.
