Local Constitution and Bylaws
The Committee for Future Strength ("CFS") had as part of its mission in early 2007 to have a Bylaws Subcommittee which would review the Local's constitution and bylaws. That Bylaws Subcommittee formally submitted its report, which was adopted by the entire CFS and then presented for ratification at the Special-Called Convention in Nashville on Sept. 22, 2007.
The CFS recommendations were debated and finally ratified by the Convention.
