SEIU Endorses Mike Stewart for State House District 52!

SEIU Local 205 announced its endorsement of Mike Stewart for Tennessee's House of Representatives in District 52.

“There are two good pro-labor candidates running to represent District 52,” said Mark Naccarato, Political Coordinator for SEIU Local 205. “But we believe that Mike Stewart has a better connection with the residents of the district. Our offices are in District 52 and we know that Mike’s been very involved with neighborhood groups and local community activists – all of whom speak very highly of him. We also think that his past political experience will allow him to hit the ground running in the Legislature on day one and be a more effective advocate for issues that affect working Tennesseans”.

Early voting lasts from July 18 through August 2, and Election Day will be on Thursday, August 7. A full list of dates and voting locations is available through the Davidson County Election Commission.
